Ryan leads the HBA staff by serving as the Executive Director / Lead Strategist. Over the past 26 years I have had the privilege serving churches in a variety of different roles from bi-vocational pastorates to full time multi staff churches. God has also blessed me by allowing me to serve in denominational life, walking alongside churches in associational ministry. My passion is helping churches to embrace their Acts 1:8 calling and celebrating their new life in Christ.
